A web search for CVSO tickets may bring you to the site of a third-party reseller. To make sure you have genuine tickets at the lowest price, ONLY buy CVSO tickets through the Pablo Center box office.

The Pablo Center box office is open Monday - Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. plus one hour before Pablo Center events.

Tickets can also be purchased anytime online.

All CVSO patrons need to create a new ticketing account due to the Pablo Center’s change in ticketing systems.

During the summer of 2026, the Pablo Center changed ticketing systems, so CVSO tickets are no longer purchased through AXS.

The new ticketing system, vivenu, is integrated with the Pablo’s website, and should provide a simpler and easier way to get your tickets to CVSO and your other favorite Pablo events.

Due to this change, patrons need to set up an account to purchase new tickets and access their tickets for upcoming concerts (even those purchased through AXS).

To set up your account:

1. Go to pablocenter.org.

2. Click on any "Buy Tickets" button.

3. Once the event page opens, click "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Click "Register for Free."

5. Register using the same email address you used for your AXS account and then create a new password.

6. Once you've completed that step, you will be able to sign in and access your customer portal.

If you need help remembering your login email for AXS or hit a snag when creating your account, the box office staff can help! They are available in person or by phone (715-832-2787) Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., plus one hour before Pablo events.

Your CVSO tickets will arrive straight to your email inbox.

In addition, once you have created your ticketing account through the Pablo Center, you will be able to view your tickets for upcoming events on the Pablo’s website. No app is needed!

After logging in, you can also:

• Re-send your tickets to your email.

• Transfer your tickets to another patron.

• Download your tickets to your phone.

To see and manage your tickets:

Go to pablocenter.org.

1. Click on any "Buy Tickets" button.

2. Once the event page opens, click "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Enter your email address and password and click “Sign In”.

4. If prompted, check your email for a login code and enter the code.

5. In the menu under your name, select “Tickets” to view and manage your tickets.

You can save your CVSO tickets directly to your smartphone. This means no printing is required — just show your phone at the door!

To add your ticket to your phone's digital wallet:

1. View your ticket, either by (a) using the link you received in your confirmation email or (b) logging into the Pablo Center’s ticketing site and clicking on “Tickets”.

2. Look for the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button.

• iPhone users — tap "Add to Apple Wallet."

• Android users — tap "Add to Google Wallet."

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to save the ticket to your phone.

4. On the day of the event, open your wallet app and show the ticket at the entrance — Pablo staff will scan it for you.

Tip: Once saved, your ticket will appear in your wallet app even without an internet connection, so you do not need to worry about needing signal on concert day.

Instead of seeing individual tickets for each CVSO performance, this year season ticket holders will see one ticket with a single barcode that will be used for the entire season.

As each performance passes, that ticket will automatically update for the next show in your package.

No. Unfortunately, any AXS tickets are no longer valid, but your ticket still exists. You can set up and log into your new account (see above) to get your tickets, or you can contact the Pablo Center box office and ask for new printed tickets.
